Shipping policy
CUSTOMS/DUTY & TAXES FOR GCC ORDERS
Orders are shipped from our regional fulfilment hub Swftbox in Dubai, U.A.E. You will receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the number you’ve provided.
Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If your number is not registered on WhatsApp, don’t worry, you can use the tracking page here to get updates on your shipment.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the products sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
